Welcome to the Land

Just above the famous vineyards of Vosne Romanée and Nuits St Georges, the hillsides,  in a final effort, give birth to a land of hills and valleys of outstanding and wild beauty.The vineyards keep all their rights over this land, covering well-exposed slopes and producing a wine with the label “Appellation contrôlée”, a label guaranteeing the origin and the quality of wine :

Manuel OLIVIER grows 9 hectares of vineyards in integrated farming, in the village of Concoeur & Corboin, and produces his wine in full respect of both quality and tradition

Harvesting : hand-picking for young vines, pneumatic pressing, fermentation achieved in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.

Grapes : Aligoté, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir.
